|Ownaracehorse Christmas 2017 Opening and Gift Pack Delivery|

A very happy Christmas to all - and a
peaceful New Year to all shareholders, new and old!
The Ownaracehorse Helpdesk will be open for the coverage of racing and allocation of Owners badges right through the festive period, however non-essential communications will cease from 11-00am on Friday, December 22nd until we return to work on January 2nd 2018.
STANDARD GIFT PACK DELIVERIES
Gift Packs can be fulfilled all the way up to December 22nd - our standard service aims to get your Gift Pack to you within 2 working days of ordering. However, as we near Christmas the following postal services apply:
Up to 10-30am Thursday 21st December - This is the last date of posting recommended by Royal Mail for First Class delivery before Christmas. If you buy before 10-30am on the 21st, your Gift Pack will arrive before Christmas, being sent First Class with the delivery cost included in the normal pack costs.
10-31am Thursday 21st December to 10-30am Friday 22nd December - choose 'Next Day Delivery' when you order your pack, and we will send it by guaranteed next day special delivery to arrive Friday 23rd or Saturday 24th. There is an extra £10.00 postage cost for this service and your Gift Pack will require a signature when it is delivered.
All Gift and Welcome Packs bought between 10-30am Friday 22nd December and 1st January 2017 will be given access to the Racehorse Manager system, but packs will be despatched 1st Class on our return to full time operation on January 2nd 2018.
Our Telephone Helpdesk will be open 9-00am to 5-30pm from December 1st until December 23rd.
We close at 5-30pm on December 22nd for the holiday and re-open on January 2nd 2018 at 9-00am.
The Email Helpdesk will still be operated throughout the holiday period for shareholder enquiries, entries, badge allocations and essential racehorse updates.
