Ready Freddie Go wins again - and looks bound for York in May

'Freddie' is now four wins from four visits to Thirsk

Ready Freddie Go

Ready Freddie Go has now managed to bag a Class 3 sprint handicap. On Saturday 30th April he added another five furlong handicap to his collection of wins at the North Yorkshire track - making it FOUR wins from FOUR runs!

Ollie Pears has handled this gelding superbly well to win in SIX times from only sixteen runs. Jockey Harry Russell was able to guide the gelding home under a strong ride to lift his four-timer at the track. Harry was able to allow the gelding to lengthen and he recorded a one length success with apparent ease.

Shares in this lovely gelding are now SOLD OUT for his 2022 season. Freddie is now likely to head to York on May 12th to contest a very valuable 0-105 handicap. It will be a step up on what he's achieved so far, but he's an improving horse! We hope to see Harry Russell taking the ride on Freddie.

You can watch the replay of the race below - look out for the Ownaracehorse blue and yellow colours on the far side! Harry Russell rides.
